Booking Policy:

Full payment is required at time of booking.

For Flights Scheduled by Phone: In the event of customer cancellation, refunds will be given outside of 48 hours from reservation (minus a $75 booking fee). Cancellations inside of 48 hours will be refunded 50% of the cost of flight. No shows will be NOT be refunded.

Cancellations due to weather or aircraft maintenance will be rescheduled on the next available date or issued a full refund.

Gift Certificates are transferable but non-refundable.

Our Location:

South side of Austin Bergstrom International Airport @Signature Flight Support. Take I-71 to I-183 South, make a left (east) on Burleson and left (north) on Emma Browning Ave. SIGNATURE is about ½ mile on the right. Rob will meet you in the lobby!

FAQ:

How many passengers can you take?

1 or 2 passengers up to a 400 lb maximum. Aerobatic flights are single passenger only.

What is the minimum age to fly?

We would like children to be at least 8 years old so that they can follow safety instructions and see over the plane’s side railing to enjoy the view!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing for the weather conditions. We will be traveling about 100mph in an open cockpit. Ladies, please bring a hair tie and an extra set of shoes if you are wearing heels.

Leather bomber jackets will be provided if needed.

What are your operating hours?

We schedule each flight by reservation only. Sunset flights meet at the airport one hour prior to official sunset: www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/austin

Other flights typically begin in the early afternoon, but I can accommodate earlier times if necessary.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and cash.

How do I get a video of the flight?

There are 2 GoPro cameras mounted on the aircraft and one GoPro provided for use in the front cockpit.

You can purchase all 3 SD cards for $75 or a professionally edited video for $150.

Can I take pictures?

Yes, but please do not hold your phone/camera outside of the aircraft. It can easily be ripped out of your hand and hit the tail.

Will I fall out of the aircraft? Even if we go upside down?

No! 🙂
